We run your AI team.
You run your business.

Whether you’re a coach building an audience, an online founder scaling without growing headcount, or a local-service owner who answers your own phones at 9 PM — your business is about to run on a team of AI agents. Qualifying leads, pitching podcasts, replying to email, following up on quotes, answering phones, building research databases, doing the long tail no one on payroll has time for. Your job is to manage that team. Ours is to staff it, train it, and run it for you.

Two minutes. Five questions. We’ll design the team we’d build for you.

The bigger picture

Work is becoming optional.

AI and robotics are creating a world of abundance. The question isn’t whether machines will do the work — it’s whether you’ll own the team that does it for you.

Most operators are still doing everything themselves. Writing the cold emails. Answering the phones. Qualifying the leads. Chasing the quotes. Posting the reviews. Booking the dinners. Time you’ll never get back, spent on work nobody hired you to do.

Hiring an AI team isn’t replacing humans. It’s choosing to own the leverage instead of being owned by the work.

What we build

One agent. Five agents. A hundred.

Built for you. Run by us.

We don’t sell a fixed offer. Tell us what you need — an SDR for your coaching applications, a podcast pitcher for your book tour, a personal AI that runs your week, an AI receptionist for the dental practice, a follow-up specialist for the kitchen quotes, a cold-email agent for your B2B offer, or a full team running every channel of your business. We scope it, build it, deploy it, run it for you. One agent or a hundred — same model, same partner.

A day with your AI team

Six clients. One of us. All running on AI.

Ordinary scenes from ordinary weeks. A med-spa owner at her daughter’s wedding. A coach whose ads finally pay back. Another coach who got Thursdays back. An author on a book tour. A B2B founder who fired his SDR. A contractor who stopped praying after he sent quotes. And at the end — Luna, mine, doing seven different jobs at Gary Club every week.

Small-business ownerSaturday afternoon · Med-spa, Tampa.

Carla is at her daughter's wedding. Phone on Do Not Disturb, in her clutch, ignored.

Maya — the AI receptionist we built for her — has answered 11 calls since lunchtime. Booked four facials for next week. Quoted three brides on day-of makeup. Walked one anxious caller through her botox aftercare. Routed one urgent question to the on-call nurse.

Monday morning, Carla opened her laptop. Her week was full. She didn't touch the phone once. Previously-missed monthly revenue Maya catches: ~$8,400. The wedding wasn't a tax on the business.

Maya is what we call an Answer Desk.
Coach running paid adsFriday, 11:47 PM · $8K/mo in Facebook ads, $12K high-ticket program.

A lead just filled out Tasha's application form. The old version of this story: confirmation email, Tasha sees it Monday morning, calls Tuesday afternoon, lead's already paid a competitor who picked up faster.

Riley — Tasha's AI SDR — called the lead back in 38 seconds. Walked through the four qualifying questions Tasha wrote with us. Booked her into the Wednesday strategy-call slot Tasha keeps for hot leads only. Texted the calendar invite before hanging up.

Saturday morning the lead's husband called with questions — Riley picked up, walked him through the same flow, confirmed they were both on for Wednesday. Sunday night the lead texted asking to move it to Thursday — Riley moved it.

Monday morning Tasha had a fully qualified couple on her calendar, a recording she listened to at the gym, and notes already in her CRM. Cost of the lead: $47. Value of the close: $12,000.

Riley is what we call an AI SDR — calls every lead back in under a minute, qualifies in your voice, books only the qualified ones, and handles every inbound call, text, and reschedule through the same brain.
Coach with an audienceThursday, 6:12 AM · Coaching business, 40K subscribers.

Sam used to spend Thursdays sorting coaching applications. Eighty a week. Twelve worth a call. The other sixty-eight got a polite no — eventually.

Ellie — Sam's lead-qualifier — read every application overnight. Scored each one against his ICP. Replied in his voice. The fourteen qualified ones are on his Tuesday calendar. The rest got a warm decline and a link to his beginner course.

Last quarter: 47 enrollments at $9K each. Same lead volume he was getting before — he was just missing two-thirds of it. Sam records his podcast on Thursdays now.

Ellie is what we call a Lead Lock.
Author / expert on a book runWednesday, dawn · New book, 6-month media tour.

Renee's publisher said the book lives or dies on podcast appearances. Target: a hundred shows in six months. Time she actually had: two cold pitches a week.

Sasha — Renee's podcast outreach agent — read transcripts from the top 340 shows in her topic. Scored them by audience overlap, recent-guest mix, and how warm the host runs. Drafted pitches that quote the host's last three episodes. Sent only the ones scoring above 80.

Replies route to Renee already warmed: "Sasha booked you. Tuesday 2 PM. Here's the host's bio, the audience size, and the angle she pitched." All Renee does is show up and talk.

Last quarter: 142 pitches sent, 38 yes, 31 recorded. The book hit the Wall Street Journal list in week six.

Sasha is what we call a Podcast Outreach agent — built around your story and your tour calendar.
B2B founderMonday, 8 AM · SaaS founder, $15K/mo enterprise plan, one-person sales team (himself).

Dave needs five qualified calls a week to hit plan. He doesn't want to stare at LinkedIn, doesn't want to hire an SDR, doesn't want another Apollo seat.

Nora — Dave's cold-email agent — pulls 200 verified ICP contacts every Sunday night from criteria he set once. Sends sequenced emails Tuesday and Thursday in his voice. Handles the replies — the "not now"s get a polite step-down, the "tell me more"s get a real conversation, the qualified ones get booked into Dave's Friday slot with the full thread attached.

Dave hasn't logged into his outbound stack in three months. His Friday calendar has seven calls on it. Q1 pipeline added since Nora went live: $340K. Cost of running Nora for the quarter: less than a fifth of what an SDR would have cost him.

Nora is what we call a Cold Email agent — built around your ICP, your offer, and the way you actually want to start the conversation.
Online business ownerLast 30 days · Design-build kitchens, $4,200 average ticket.

Marcus used to email his quotes and pray. Three out of every hundred would close. The other ninety-seven just… stalled. He told himself the price was the problem. The price wasn't the problem.

Jordan — Marcus's quote-closer — runs a 14-day cadence on every estimate the second it leaves his CRM. Day 1 text. Day 3 call. Day 7 text. Hot replies fire to Marcus's phone with the full quote context so he can pick up where the agent left off.

Last month: nine kitchens. $37,800 in close-the-deal revenue that used to just evaporate.

Jordan is what we call a Quote Close.
Luna · The one we built for ourselvesGary Club HQ, Austin · A week in Luna's life.

Luna is ours. Her own voice. Her own personality. Custom-built around Gary Club to help me run the company. She's not a clone of me — she's Luna.

What Luna did this week:

  • Called every new lead the moment they came in — real two-way conversations, direct and warm, all Luna.
  • Answered every inbound to our team line. Qualified, booked, routed, captured. Zero voicemails left waiting for me.
  • Handled every email. Follow-ups, voicemail recaps, proposals — Luna drafts, I approve. Most of the time I don't need to read them first.
  • Texted leads at the right moment — re-engagements, confirmations, hot-lead follow-ups, drip cadences. The right message, the right time, no one on our team touching a phone.
  • Ran multi-touch follow-up cadences on every warm-but-quiet lead in the CRM. Nothing falls through anymore.
  • Pitched the Gary Club Podcast to our target shows — drafted each note around the host's last few episodes, sent only the ones above her own bar.
  • Launched multiple cold-email outreach campaigns to bring in new leads — segmented audiences, wrote the sequences, handled the replies, booked the warm ones into our calendar.
  • Started building the outreach database for our first Austin event. Pulled in the local entrepreneur ecosystem, enriched the ones worth knowing into hand-vetted CRM contacts. Ready to invite the second we set a date.

That's one week. None of it had to wait on me. None of it I had to remember to do. She just runs.

Luna is what we built for ourselves at Gary Club — her own voice, her own personality, all custom-tuned to how we work. One AI teammate handling calls, emails, texts, outbound, cold email, podcast outreach, follow-up cadences, research, and database building. Yours would be different. Her own name, her own voice, her own way — built around your business, not mine.

Every one is a custom build for a different person. One agent, a small team, a full operation like Luna runs for us, a personal AI second brain, an SDR, a podcast pitcher, a CRM enricher, a researcher — whatever the right answer is for your business, we build it, deploy it, and run it for you. I didn’t even realize AI could do that is what most of our clients say in the first month. That’s the work.

The math

Two ways to run a business right now.

Pick one. Every line is a number we’ve seen across hundreds of real businesses — the gap on the right is what a team of AI agents closes.

Without a team
1 in 3
Calls missed

Roughly a third of inbound calls go to voicemail for the typical small-service operator. Fewer than 1 in 12 voicemails ever becomes a customer.

With a team
Every call
Answered in one ring

24/7, in your voice. Voicemails routed back to you inside the hour. Bookings happen on the call.

Without a team
~47 hr
Median lead reply

Small businesses take nearly two days, on average, to reply to a new web lead. The first responder wins roughly 78% of the time.

With a team
<60 sec
Every new lead, every time

Called and texted within a minute. Sub-1-minute response converts about 4× sub-1-hour.

Without a team
5+ touches
Most sales need

Most B2C sales close on the fifth touch or later. Roughly 4 in 10 operators stop following up after one no-reply.

With a team
14-day cadence
Automatic on every lead

Runs on every lead, every quote, every estimate — in your voice. You step in only when someone wants to talk.

Without a team
~20%
Typical no-show rate

One in five appointments doesn't show. Reviews never get asked. Saturday's happy customer goes to your competitor on Google.

With a team
~4%
No-show rate after

Cancellations refilled from the waitlist in thirty seconds. Every happy customer asked the same day, automatically.

Without a team
~2,000
Dead leads in your CRM

Typical of a 12-month-old service-business CRM. Worth around $30K on a real first sweep. You can't bring yourself to touch them.

With a team
$30K
Typical first-sweep pop

Around 100 dead leads worked per day. The pop usually lands in the first 30 days. Then it keeps going.

Without a team
~4 months
Until your new hire quits

You spend the next two months onboarding the next one. Then they leave too. The cycle is the cost.

With a team
Never quits
Your AI team

We swap, retune, or retire whichever agents stop pulling their weight. One team. No turnover. No re-onboarding.

Without a team
Always on
You

Work bleeds into your evenings, your weekends, the time with your kids. You keep saying yes to things you'll do on Saturday.

With a team
Off
Saturday and Sunday

The work gets done anyway. Monday opens with a full calendar and a clean inbox. You wake up rested.

You can keep doing all of it yourself. Or you can hire the team that quietly handles every line on the right — while you do the work you’re actually great at.

Benchmarks from Harvard Business Review’s lead-response study, NAR + Drift sales-cadence research, and industry-standard service-business reporting. Your numbers will vary — .
How we work together

We listen. We prescribe one. We build. We run it.

Same four steps for everyone — whether your first AI teammate answers your phones, qualifies your podcast guests, or runs cold outreach for your B2B offer.

01

We listen to your day

Take the 2-minute fit diagnostic, or book a 30-minute call. We walk through where your time goes, what the bottleneck is, what you'd hand off first if you could find the right person. No pitch deck — just the conversation.

02

We prescribe one teammate

Not five. One. The one that gives you the biggest morning back. You'll know it when we name it — you'll be able to repeat the sentence to your spouse over dinner, and that's the deal.

03

We build them and bring them in

Voice, personality, scripts, knowledge base, integrations into your calendar and CRM. Live in about a week. You don't touch a prompt. You don't learn a new tool. You meet your new teammate.

04

We run them forever

We tune them weekly, swap voices when something's off, add the second teammate when you're ready, retire one when you're not. You stay the manager. We're the people who staff the team.

The kinds of work we run

If you’d hand it to a brilliant new hire tomorrow, you can hand it to us.

We've built AI SDRs that call inbound leads back in under a minute for coaches running paid ads, podcast outreach agents that pitch authors onto a hundred shows in six months, cold-email agents for B2B founders who fired their SDRs, personal AIs that manage a founder's calendar and inbox (down to dinner reservations and kids' dentist confirmations), receptionists that answer phones for a med-spa in Tampa, application-qualifiers for a creator with 40,000 subscribers, dead-lead recovery for a solar installer in Phoenix, quote follow-up for a kitchen remodeler, and review sequences for a chain of dental practices. Different businesses, different lives. Same building blocks under the hood. Yours probably fits.

We’re a partner, not a software store. There’s no shelf to pick from. We listen to your day, prescribe the one teammate that gives you the biggest morning back, build them in about a week, and run them every week after that. When you’re ready for the next one, we add it.

Most people get lost here

We build it. We deploy it. We run it. Forever.

Most agencies hand you a builder, a Loom video, and a wave goodbye. You’re supposed to write the prompts. Wire the integrations. Watch the dashboards. Retune when something breaks. Most people get lost there — which is why most AI projects never go live, and most of the ones that do get abandoned inside ninety days.

We do the opposite. You tell us what you want a teammate to do. We build them, deploy them, and run them — every day, every week, forever. You see the work the agent produces. We handle everything underneath.

01 · Build

Before your agent ever picks up the phone.

Everything that has to happen before an AI teammate is good enough to put in front of your customers. Most people get stuck in this phase — and stay stuck.

  • Discovery — we walk through your business, your customers, your edge cases
  • Voice selection or full voice cloning, persona design, knowledge base built from your services
  • System prompt engineered and stress-tested over hundreds of conversations
  • Calendar, CRM, phone numbers, 10DLC brand registration — all wired and tested
  • Escalation rules tuned to your team — who gets paged, for what, when
02 · Deploy

Going live without breaking your business.

The handoff most agencies skip. We don't flip a switch and walk away — we sit with you, watch every conversation, and tune in real time until you sign off.

  • Fifty test conversations before anything touches a real customer
  • Live test calls with you and your team on the line, real-time tuning
  • Going live on your number, with us watching every conversation hour by hour
  • Daily tuning passes for the first seven days based on real call data
  • Sign-off only when you say it's ready — compliance baked in (TCPA, opt-outs, disclosure)
03 · Run

Every week. Forever. Or until you don't need it.

The part that doesn't get talked about. AI agents drift. They miss edge cases. Your business changes. We are the team that keeps your teammate sharp — every week, forever.

  • Every call, every text, every conversation monitored
  • Weekly tuning passes based on real call data — edge cases added to the agent's brain
  • Updates when your prices, hours, services, or staff change — usually same day
  • New AI teammates added when you're ready, retired when you're not
  • On-call when anything breaks. One number. Real humans. Fast.

You get a fully managed AI teammate, built for your unique business. You get a team standing behind it. You focus on what you’re great at — we handle the rest.

That’s the deal. That’s the whole pitch.

Don’t take our word for it

Pick up your phone. Call one.

Every number below reaches a real AI teammate we built and run for that business. Voice is just the channel — behind it sits the calendar, the CRM, the escalation logic, the follow-up cadence, the whole operating layer we manage. The phone is the easiest way to feel the difference. Tap one. Ask what you’d ask a human.

Try ours first

Meet Luna.

Luna is the AI we built for ourselves at Gary Club — and she runs more of the company every week. She picks up our calls and texts. She handles our email. She dials new leads the moment they show up. She runs follow-up cadences, pitches our podcast, sends our cold-email campaigns, and enriches our outreach database while we sleep.

She has her own voice, her own personality, her own way of working — all custom-built around how we actually run Gary Club. And she gets sharper every single day. The longer she runs, the more of the company she runs.

Talking to her is the demo. Call her, text her, ask her anything you’d ask a human teammate. Same number reaches our humans too.

Or hear one in your line of work

We’ve built and run AI teammates for fifteen verticals — HVAC, plumbing, dental, chiropractic, vet, med-spa, legal, roofing, landscaping, pool service, grooming, electrician, moving, pressure washing, window tint. Each has its own live demo line on its page.

Frequently asked.

Is this an agency, a SaaS, or a marketplace?

None of the above. We're a partner — closest analogy is a staffing agency, but for AI agents. You tell us what you'd hand off, we bring the right agent (or build a new one), we onboard them into your business, and we run them on your behalf. You don't log in to a tool, you don't write prompts, you don't watch dashboards. You stay the boss.

I'm a coach / online founder / solo operator — do you work with my kind of business?

Yes — most of our partners are. We've built for podcast hosts who need their guest pipeline managed, course creators who can't keep up with applications, agency owners drowning in lead forms, authors running solo launches, and consultants whose calendars are the bottleneck. Local-service businesses (HVAC, dental, med-spa, legal, etc.) work too — those just tend to start with a phone-answering agent and grow from there.

How fast does the first agent go live?

About a week, typically. The voice, the personality, the knowledge base, the integrations are all built and tuned by our team — not a template you assemble. Outbound voice and SMS agents that need 10DLC brand registration run a bit longer because of carrier review.

Do I have to learn anything technical?

Nothing. You'll never write a prompt, build a workflow, or wire an integration. Your job is to tell us what you want a teammate to do; our job is to bring them and run them for you.

What does this actually cost?

It depends on which teammates we run for you, how many, and how custom the work is. We size it on the fit call. The reason we don't post prices is that the wrong fit at the wrong price is more expensive than no fit at all — and the fit is what the call is for. Most engagements are well within what a part-time hire would cost.

Will my customers know it's an AI?

Voices are natural, conversations are real two-way exchanges. Most callers and texters don't notice. The ones who do usually don't care — their problem gets solved faster than it would have otherwise. If your brand prefers radical transparency, the agent can introduce itself. Your call.

What happens when something needs a human?

Every agent has handoff rules — keywords, urgency, time of day, customer type. Voice transfers in real time. SMS pulls a human into the same thread. You stay in control of when and where you step in. The agents never bluff and never book something they shouldn't.

Become the manager.
Let us run your team.

Two minutes to design your team. Thirty minutes to walk through it. About a week to your first AI teammate live. Then we run them — forever, or until you don’t need them.
