Gary Club LLC (“Gary Club,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) operates the gary.club website and the broader Gary Club ecosystem, including the AI Agency Unlocked platform, community resources, events, training, and the $GARY token program. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you interact with gary.club.

1. Information We Collect

Account Information: If you create an account or sign up for services, we collect your email address, name, and authentication credentials. If you sign in via Google, we receive your name and email from Google.

Wallet & Blockchain Data: If you participate in the $GARY token program, we may provision a custodial Solana wallet on your behalf. We store your wallet public address and token balances. Private keys are encrypted using AES-256-GCM. Blockchain transactions on Solana are inherently public.

Event Registration: If you register for events or webinars, we collect your name, email, phone number, and registration preferences. Events may be hosted via Zoom, which has its own privacy policy.

Payment Information: Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full credit card numbers. Stripe collects and processes your payment details on our behalf.

Usage & Analytics: We collect standard web analytics data including pages visited, browser type, and referring URLs. We do not use third-party tracking pixels or advertising cookies. All analytics are processed internally.

Cookies: We use session cookies for authentication only. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Communications: If you contact us or subscribe to updates, we store your email address and message content.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve our services and website
  • Process payments and manage subscriptions
  • Provision and manage $GARY token wallets and rewards
  • Send service-related communications (event reminders, account notifications)
  • Host and manage events, webinars, and training content
  • Ensure platform security and prevent fraud
  • Comply with legal obligations

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers necessary to operate our platform:

  • Stripe — payment processing
  • Supabase — database and authentication
  • Mailgun — email delivery
  • Helius — Solana blockchain RPC and wallet monitoring
  • DexScreener — public token price data (no personal data shared)
  • Zoom — event hosting and recordings
  • Cloudflare R2 — file storage and CDN

We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights, safety, or property.

4. Blockchain & Digital Assets

$GARY tokens exist on the Solana blockchain. Blockchain transactions are public and irreversible by nature. Gary Club does not control the Solana network. While we encrypt private keys for custodial wallets, you may export your private key at any time to manage tokens independently. We are not a licensed custodian or financial institution.

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including TLS/SSL encryption, AES-256-GCM encryption for sensitive data at rest, row-level security on database tables, role-based access controls, rate limiting, firewall rules, and comprehensive audit logging. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for legal and business purposes. Event recordings are retained as long as they remain available in our system. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

  • Access your personal data
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data
  • Export your data in a portable format
  • Opt out of non-essential communications

California residents have additional rights under the CCPA, including the right to know what data we collect and the right to opt out of data sales (we do not sell personal data).

8. Children’s Privacy

Our services are not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. International Data Transfers

Our servers are located in the United States. If you access our services from outside the US, your data will be transferred to and processed in the United States.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or website notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
