Luna, Gary Club’s AI operator, in her business workspace.

For coaches, creators and community owners who want a customer-facing operator designed and managed around their business, Luna is the stronger fit. You get a custom identity, supplied business skills and a human team to build, train, connect and refine the operation with you.

Viktor is a capable team coworker. Luna’s advantage for this buyer is the complete business role, across the phone, inbox, meetings and community, with people responsible for making the workflow match the business.

Gary Club sells Luna. This is our assessment of fit for that use case, based on sources reviewed October 14, 2026. It is not a measured performance ranking.

Give your customers an operator built for your brand

Luna’s identity is designed with you: the name, look, personality and voice your customers meet. We train the operator on your offers and your knowledge, connect the channels and test how the work should be handled.

The supplied skills include email, calendars, meetings, community, lifecycle follow-up, cold outreach, CRM, reporting, operations, automations and conversion audits. Phone and SMS use the supported client setup. Connections and permissions are still required, and our team helps implement them.

For a coaching community, that means you can design a role around actual moments in the business: a caller asking about an offer, a member needing an answer, a follow-up promised on a meeting, or a client whose next step is unclear. The operator has a method for the work, and the human team can adapt that method with you.

Different models for different jobs

Viktor also offers model choice and task-level options. We would not claim that changing models is unique to Luna.

With Luna, those choices become part of the business build. We can match lighter models to routine work and stronger models to complex decisions, use supported client AI plans or API keys, and refine the routing against the job’s quality bar. Provider limits and charges still apply alongside the service; no fixed saving is guaranteed.

Viktor’s published plans use credits. Compare that usage model with the supported plans or keys you would use with Luna, together with the work each service is responsible for. The decision should account for implementation and ongoing management as well as inference usage.

Go beyond the directory with a human builder

Viktor supports broad integrations and custom connections. Luna also works through an available app directory, dedicated tools, APIs, MCP, webhooks, existing automations and a browser, where access is supported.

The service difference is who takes responsibility for fitting that access to your business. Bring us the process and the systems you want it to use. We help build, test and refine the connection instead of leaving you to own the implementation alone.

Viktor is a real work proposition

Viktor’s product page describes an AI employee in Slack and Microsoft Teams, with a cloud computer, connected business tools, code execution, scheduled jobs and memory of team processes and preferences. The vendor describes sensitive-action approvals and per-person access controls.

That is a relevant option for a team whose work already starts and finishes in those environments. It should be evaluated as an agent that acts across tools, rather than dismissed as a chatbot.

Follow the work beyond the request

Imagine a client sends an email asking to reschedule. Your teammate mentions the change in Slack. The next meeting needs the current background, and someone has to keep track of the promised follow-up.

Draw that journey before picking an agent. Where does the request arrive? Who can approve the change? Which calendar is authoritative? Where does the client receive the answer? What should the operator remember for next time?

A Slack reply saying the job is handled is only useful if the underlying work reached the right place. The same is true of any operator, including Luna.

For our service, that journey is part of the design conversation. We start with the work you need done and the people who experience it, then map the supported channels and tools.

Your operator has a role in your brand

Luna’s custom operator can have the name, look, personality and voice you design with us. This matters when customers and members interact with the operator directly.

You may want a different style for a coaching community than for a vendor conversation. You may need a specific vocabulary, a careful explanation of what is included in your offer or a clear way to hand a question to a human.

We help turn that intent into business knowledge, instructions and tested workflows. Email, text, phone, Slack and meetings are supported Luna surfaces, with availability depending on the operator’s setup and permissions.

That does not establish that Viktor cannot support a particular job. Ask its team about the channel, action and plan you need. Our claim is about what we help build and manage with you.

You can bring an unfinished idea

You do not have to arrive with a technical specification. Start with the part of your week that keeps slipping: the unanswered questions, the meeting follow-up, the repeated requests for the same information.

We work through the specifics with you. What does a good answer look like? What information is reliable? Who should receive a draft? Which jobs can proceed under a standing instruction, and which need a decision each time?

Then we build, connect and test the operator around those answers. The human relationship continues as we manage and refine the operator with you. If the process is wrong, there are people to talk to about the process.

This is a central part of Luna’s offer. The agent does work; the people help make that work match what you want.

Check the receipts, not the impression

Our blog’s podcast outreach story is useful because it follows a job across research, correspondence, booking and preparation. It is a historical example of Gary’s operation, rather than a promise that every client will get the same result.

Use that kind of complete journey as your evaluation. Ask for a supported job that crosses the tools you actually use. Check the destination record, the message or document, and the work still waiting for you.

If your priority is a team coworker inside Slack or Teams, Viktor deserves a look. If your priority is a business operator whose role, identity and workflows are designed with you, across the channels your business needs, talk to us about Luna.

Luna covers five lanes: sales, marketing, community, customer service and executive assistance. We decide with you which jobs belong in the initial build and which should come later.
